Your project managers will engage with you to initiate your transfers / movements through RAS which we will conclude through the transfer management system (TMS). In case of location change within the country advance planning is important.

Visa Fitment Letter (pre-requisite for Intl’ transfer)

For any geo deployment / visa application (through GIS application) – visa fitment letter is a mandatory pre-requisite. Based on your project manager / L4 approval, you will have to initiate this request in TMS to generate the letter required for Visa application.

Actual Transfer Closure (Intl’ transfer)

Once your Visa is in place and you are travel ready, ensure that your RAS assignation is done to get transfer triggered in TMS application. We ensure timely closure of your transfer to onsite and facilitate the joining process in the geo – we connect with you for the following services

• Pre travel- ensure you go through / attend the following
  • Induction handbook (shared over the email) / iFly portal
  • Pre-departure induction (currently live for USA, Canada, Mexico, Sweden and Australia with other countries in progress)
  • Pre-landing checklist (pre travel formalities)

• Post landing – ensure your action on the following
  • Landing confirmation in TMS (Upload of Visa stamping copy)
  • Geo Joining process closure in iOnboard / Geo Joining console
