Performance Appraisals (My Performance tool)

  • Have clarity on your set Goals and evaluation matric
  • Initiate periodical discussion with your manager and document the same
  • Seek regular feedback from your RM/project manager/mentors to improve your performance
  • Ensure your appraiser mapping is updated in ESS portal or if applicable ensure you add an additional appraiser
  • Plan your performance discussion and sign off to submit your appraisals as pre-defined timelines

Annual Compensation Letter Release

  • Mandatory Compliance Trainings- Must be COMPLETED to avoid any delay in release of compensation letter (excluding Europe)
  • Go through the Guidelines (My compensation) to understand effective date of appraisal
  • Compensation letters shall not be released if any pre-separation action or EMS raised before they are generated

Annual Performance Bonus

  • Go through Bonus policy (Policy Hub) to know your eligibility and payout criteria
  • Bonus payouts are as per policy and geo norms (Based on Organization, process & individual performance)

Your appraisal letter will be released once recommendations are received from your respective delivery head and HR. We are constantly in touch with your HR to get this expedited; we shall get back to you with an update within 24 hours.
