Ensure your appraiser mapping is updated in ESS portal or if applicable ensure you add an additional appraiser
Plan your performance discussion and sign off to submit your appraisals as pre-defined timelines

Compensation letters shall not be released if any pre-separation action or EMS raised before they are generated
